Lyrics & Chords: ability to select the type of font: Light or Regular
Metronome: restore last settings used for metronome in Home section

FIXES

Lyrics & Chords: fixed an issue causing crashes when transposing certain L&C files due to "slash chords" formatting
Projects: fixed an issue where reordering of pieces is allowed to non-admin users of an organization Project
