Organization Projects enable sharing sheet music with members of your organization.
Folders allow to sort and organize these projects in a shared hierarchy within your organization.
Folders in organization behave similarly to setlists folders with a few notable differences:
- Organization folders are shared with all members of your organization.
That way, every member view the projects they belong to in folders with the same name. - Admin of the organization can view/edit/create/delete all folders of the organization.
They can also move projects they belong to into any folder. - Members of the organization view only folders containing at least one project they belong to.
Creating organization folders
From the Projects screen, click on the create folder button from the top bar

Click on the Move to folder action button by hovering over the project you want to move
